Anyone is welcome to join us at the Murchison athletic fields for a workout session absolutely free. Bring a bottle of water and meet us near the bleachers!

Practices are Wednesdays starting at 7:00p

Typical Routine

This is a break down of what we typically do each class. We don’t expect students to know or be able to perform any of these moves. Beginner students focus on learning and understanding the mechanics, and intermediate students should be able to start refining the moves by adding speed and power.
